Confronting today's severe climate change, the difficult situation of many cities is even worse. Droughts, floods, population explosions, and the development of old neighborhoods often occur in one area at the same time. At this time, listening to the voice of nature, rationally responding to nature, and scientifically solving problems will become an important means in the future. This project is the design of an affiliated satellite city center in Monterrey, Mexico, and it is mainly aimed at the sustainable design of the water resources problems faced by the local area.
